Dale Grimshaw at the Village Underground wall

As long as I am regularly visiting London, and taking pictures of streetart, I am a fan of the Village Underground wall in Shoreditch. Amazing pieces of work have been put on this wall. And now CitizenM, my favourite hotel has opened a new location at Shoreditch. And the terrace of the hotel is right across this wall.

This week I had my first stay at the new CitizenM. And right now Dale Grimshaw has made a stunning piece of work on the Village Underground wall.

So for my morning coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening I could actually sit right in front of the wall. And enjoy this beautiful piece of work. That was a whole new streetart experience. No car horns when you try to make a picture. No hurry to get on. Just look at this work and take pictures.
