I have been following Katie Parla on Twitter and her blog for quit some time now. I have always liked here insights into the Italian kitchen. So I was excited to see she together with Kristen Gill wrote Tasting Rome, a book about the kitchen of Rome.
Tasting Rome a good mix of classical and modern recipes, restaurant and ‘what to eat’ tips. As well as other information shared by someone very familiar with culinary Rome.
When visiting Rome, I can definitely advise to bring along this book as a culinary guide.
