Grain Store

Grain Store is the restaurant of French chef Bruno Loubet. Grain Store is located in London near Kings Cross on Granary Square. This area with a lot of new developments has a number of nice restaurants located in the old grain storage areas. Grain Store was one of the first restaurants in the area.

The philosophy of Bruno Loubet is to place vegetables on the main stage. It’s definitely not a vegetarian restaurant. A lot of the dishes have meat or fish. But the role of the meat and fish is more of a supporting act instead of the main stage. And that’s an approach I appreciate very much.

The menu changes very often and uses a lot of seasonal products. When we ate their we had the fried olives, asparagus with burrata and a vegetable confit with mushroom ketchup. Just to name a few dishes.
